The Fourneau Grande will house a range of breads from 1kg batards to demi-baguettes. Compared to the Fourneau 2.0, the capacity of the Grande is nearly double. Furthermore, the cordierite Grande base can be flipped to double as a handy flat pizza stone. The iron cloche and closure are coated with a natural oil-seasoning.
