  • Grinding Performance: The powerful corundum ceramic stones (100 mm diameter) ensure consistent grinding for fine and coarse flours. The Oktagon 1 grinds up to 125 g/min fine or 250-300 g/min coarse, while the Oktagon 2 offers an impressive 220 g/min fine or 400-500 g/min coarse grinding capacity.
  • Motor Power: Equipped with a robust motor, 360 W for the Oktagon 1 and 600 W for the Oktagon 2, both models ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Convenience: The hopper holds up to 1100 g of wheat, and the height allowance accommodates bowls up to 16 cm (Oktagon 1) or 17 cm (Oktagon 2) for easy flour collection.
