Did you know: authentic Italian pizza tends to use '00 Flour'. This type of flour has a strong protein content to help with that stretchy, elastic dough.
- Use 250-280g of dough for a classic 12-inch pizza base. Use the 250g for a thin crust and 280g for a thick crust.

Bread Dough Tips

- The amount of flour in your bread dough mix will determine the amount of yeast, water, and salt.
- A medium store-bought loaf is 800g. The recommended flour used in a medium loaf is 500g-550g.
- Use a 2lb (0.91 kg) tin to support a 800g baked loaf.
