Not only will the Opinel bread knife give you full control when cutting up your loaves, it is exceptionally durable.

The Blade

A 21cm serrated steel blade with sharp teeth. 30° sharpened angle, made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. Additionally, the blade contains chrome to stop corrosion. The blade has a 57-58 HRC hardness rating, compounded with a 0.40% (minimum) carbon content to ensure a superb and precise cutting edge.

The Handle

A moulded polymer and fibreglass handle resistant to shocks, water and heat. The polished contour is both comfortable and controllable.
