How does the Mockmill 100 look?
The gray and smooth 100 mill is both neutral and inviting. Furthermore, this fun form is wrapped in a bio-plastic. Several speckled surface tones intermix to give the mill a modern appeal. With a soft and satin sheen, the look of the mill is exactly the same as the more powerful 200 model. However, it’s noticeably different to the wooden Lino Mockmill.

I spent quite a bit of time to research the best grain mill, for me as a home miller. It works very well. Rather impressively, the Mock 100 keeps the temp down low during use thus preserving shelf life of the grains I use. I tend to grind flour just before I bake. The fresh taste is more than noticeable and I know the flour is free from chemical enhancers/additives. For any interested millers, the rpm is 1800 from 120v. Efficiency is impressive.

I use to use my blender but it warmed the flour too much. After much research I decided to go for the mockmill 100.
I am delighted. I grind the grains fresh for each recipe and it makes a world of difference in flavour. The mockmill does an amazing job and is a welcome addition to my kitchen
