Jim Challenger, like most bread bakers, started trying to perfect the perfect loaf in 2016. A developing commitment to the craft of baking grew and grew and Challenger Breadware was born from this.
Challenger Breadware became established on August 1, 2019 and has since become a staple for bakers in homes and bakeries across the world.
The pans are hand crafted in Wisconsin and hand seasoned in Indiana.
