Scotland the Bread
Scotland the Bread is an iniative with a key focus on better grain and better bread. The project is run by it’s members and provides grain, flour and other baking products.
The project works hard to cultivate heritage grain. The grain is organically grown, on the Balcaskie Estate in Fife. Additionally, it’s very rich in nutrients.
Founded in 2012 by Andrew Whitley and Veronica Burke, the brand starting supplying 3 destinct flours in 2017.
