Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar (white)
3 medium eggs
1 can of sweet condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 vanilla pod or 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

This luscious Crème delicacy is simple to make and a delicious treat.
Firstly, heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Heat the sugar
Heat the sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat until golden in colour.
Carefully pour the sugar into the flan dish. Tilt the dish to evenly coat the bottom and the sides with the syrup.
The main mixture
In a large bowl, beat the 3 eggs. Combine the evaporated milk, vanilla and condensed milk until you reach a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into the flan dish, creating a level layer. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake
Cook the mixture in the preheated oven for a duration of 60 minutes, then leave to cool.
Serve
Place a serving plate on top of the plan and rotate the flan dish and plate together, so the flan becomes dislodged and transferred to the plate.
