Why Mill Your Own Flour?
By milling your own flour you can ensure that all the nutrition is added to your baking creations. Furthermore, it will ensure unrivalled freshness.
Unlike other means, the mills will grind the flour using traditional millstones that ensure the temperature is kept low thus preserving nutritional qualities.
Included with the Mill.

What can you Mill?
Wheat Grains
Wheat grains, when protected in their outer coating, preserve their freshness remarkably well. With the milling kit, you can unlock your favourite wheat, spelt, rye, emmer, einkorn and more when you want.
Oats
Oat grains, when kept whole with their outer husk intact, maintain their natural freshness and nutrient content. With the milling kit, you can freshly mill oats into flour or flakes, perfect for porridge, baking, or adding extra texture to recipes.
Pulses
Pulses, such as chickpeas, lentils, and peas, store well in their dried form, retaining their nutritional value over time. Milling them fresh allows you to create protein-rich flours for breads, batters, and gluten-free baking.
Rice
Rice grains, whether white or brown, remain fresh for long periods in their unprocessed state. Milling them on demand lets you produce fine or coarse rice flour, ideal for gluten-free cooking, thickening sauces, or making homemade noodles.
Salt
Natural rock salt and sea salt can be milled to your desired consistency, from fine powder to coarse grains. Milling fresh salt ensures purity and texture control for seasoning, baking, or preserving food.
Spices
Whole spices, such as peppercorns, cumin, and cinnamon sticks, retain their essential oils and flavours best when stored whole. Milling them fresh releases their full aroma and taste, enhancing your cooking with the most vibrant flavours possible.
