Marcato Warranty / Guaranty

Marcato products are made with the best materials and undergo continuous quality checks. Marcato are so confident in their products that a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects is included. (The Atlasmotor and Ampiamotor products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.)

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal home use. This includes defects in the body, frame, gears, and other parts of the product.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use or use other than that illustrated in the manual.
  • Accident, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Impact damage caused by shipping or handling.

How to make a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Marcato via the customer service page or Tel. +39 049 9200988. You will need to provide your name, address, phone number, and proof of purchase. Marcato will then send you a return authorisation number and instructions on how to ship your product back for repair or replacement.
